Paying the 28c rate to Germany
A marvelous use from
LaSalle, ILL sent via Boston and then via Prussian closed Mail to
Germany. Appropriate German receiving mark on the back. Red Boston
Br. Packet mark on the front. A PF certificate mention some staining
on the 24c stamp, which is very hard to see and does not detract in
any way. Ex-Daven Anderson (Does anyone remember him?) (PH47-18)
